A short guided practice for the moments your system is asking, quietly, to be brought back into the room. It runs a little over ten minutes. You’ll need somewhere quiet where you can sit or lie down without being interrupted — that’s it.

Listen with headphones if you can. There’s nothing to do well — the practice itself doesn’t ask for performance. Just press play and let your nervous system find its own way back.
